How we handle inbound communications

03Use Of Platform

Acceptable use

> The Centurion platform is for member use only. Public-facing pages are informational. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated probing of member-facing surfaces is prohibited and monitored.

04Data Retention

What we keep, and for how long

> Member operating records are retained for ten years after termination, encrypted at rest. Audit logs are append-only and never deleted while the membership is active. On termination, members can request a full export within 30 days.
